In an age when mediocrity in terms of service to customers is becoming increasingly the norm, your reaction to our problem was superb. In particular, I do acknowledge it was a Saturday and you were no doubt wishing to get home. The efforts you made in finding a supplier of the suitable adaptor and even then not leaving until it was established we had the correct one was hugely appreciated.
